With this spray, I only need about three sprays for my face and two extra for my neck and decolletage.

My experience with La Roche-Posay Toleriane Ultra 8 Soothing Spray
This product came to me exactly when I needed it (by came to me, I mean I bought it). At the time, I struggled with my skin being overly sensitive and dehydrated. I couldn’t find a product that could hydrate and calm my skin at the same time. And this product did exactly that.
It was a lifesaver when I overdid it with my retinol, and my skin was irritated. And even after it calmed down, it was a perfect product to rebalance my skin after washing. And I love using it just before going to the gym in the morning as it provides moisture without needing to put a proper moisturiser as they can sometimes be too heavy for a gym session.
But this spray definitely isn’t enough on its own. You need a proper moisturiser on top of it. But for in-between refreshments, it works great.

It is a multifunctional product that can be used any time of the day, even over makeup. I find it especially good to put over my mineral powder to make my face look dewier rather than matt, powdery.
I use this spray in the morning and at night to calm my skin after washing and prepare it for the rest of the routine. It even works well with my retinol in the evening. I just wait for the spray to fully absorb before I apply my retinol.
During summertime, I love to put the product in the fridge and then spray it cold throughout the day. It provides a d=fantastic refreshment on those hot days.
I want to note that this product is not the same as any other water mist, like thermal water sprays. Because this product has additional ingredients that work on hydrating and protecting the skin, whereas other mists only provide brief refreshments, this product delivers deep hydration.
